None of this C# code would be available without the sterling work done by the SharpDevelop team. SharpDevelop is completely free (as in speech) IDE for the .NET platform, and is a more than able replacement for Visual Studio as long as you aren't too precious to run the SDK's own GUI debugger.
My own .NET software is available through the other links, or from the menu on the left. Quite a bit of my Game Development Software is also written in C# and .NET.
For UNIX people leaving a little left out, I can recommend either the MONO Project or DotGNU Project.
